Personal Account Data: We collect personal identification information when you register or edit your profile, including your full name, email address, password, phone number, location, and professional title.

Private Verification & Onboarding Credentials (Guards Only): To verify identity and legal state compliance for security work matching, you may upload photos or PDF files of your **BSIS Guard Card, Firearm Safety Card, BSIS Armed Carry Card, Social Security Number (SSN), and Driver's License**.

Media and Content: We process photos (profile images), introduction videos (highlighting soft skills and presentation), job postings, chat messages, forum discussions, and notification preferences.

Payment Billing Data: We process credit card subscriptions and billing metadata ($9.99/mo, $3.99 single boost, $29.99/mo) securely. All payments are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Stripe. Paladin never stores your credit card numbers on our servers.

Precise Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise GPS location coordinates (latitude and longitude) from your device to map nearby shifts, measure commute distances, and enable geolocation-based guard recommendations.

Secure Private Storage: All sensitive credentials (such as SSNs and licenses) are uploaded to a private Supabase Storage bucket with complete Row Level Security (RLS) and are never publicly accessible. Download links are pre-signed and expire automatically after 60 seconds.

Strict Guard Privacy: No other guard, applicant, or visitor can search for or view your uploaded onboarding documents. They remain strictly private to your own account.

Hiring Staffer Delegated Access: Your secure credentials are shared exclusively with authorized security agencies (staffers) under strict, employment-related conditions. A staffer can only download your credentials if you have applied to their open job post, are confirmed booked for their shift, or have been saved in their Preferred/Trusted roster lists.

Paladin allows you to share and refer guard profiles with staffers or other security professionals. Any confirmed coworker in your network (who has accepted your worked-together request) can securely share your basic professional profile (excluding private PII like SSNs and Driver's Licenses) directly in chat threads or with staffing managers.

We share data with trusted infrastructure providers who host Paladin, including Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend/Amazon SES (transactional emails). We **NEVER** sell your personal data or private credentials to third-party advertisers or brokers.

In compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines (Section 5.1.1) and Google Play Developer Policies, we grant all users the absolute right to terminate their account and permanently delete their data:

Upon receiving your request, we will instantly and permanently purge your authentication login, your profiles row, and **all your privately uploaded onboarding documents (SSN, Licenses, Guard Cards)** from our active Supabase servers. Non-active subscription billing on Stripe is terminated immediately upon account deletion.
