How Paladin handles account, profile, and device data
Effective August 13, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Paladin.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you sign up or edit your profile, including your name, email address, password-managed account data, title, summary, location, and profile photo.
We also process content you submit in the app, such as jobs, messages, forum posts, saved items, and verification-related information.
How we use information
We use your information to create and secure your account, verify sign-in and sign-up activity, display your profile, support messaging and job discovery, and maintain trust and safety features.
We may use device permissions you grant, such as camera, photo library, or biometric authentication, to enable the features you choose to use.
Sharing and service providers
We share data with service providers that operate parts of Paladin, including authentication, storage, and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for safety, support, and legal compliance. You can request access, updates, or deletion where applicable.
If you stop using Paladin, you can sign out, remove profile details, and withdraw device permissions through your device settings.
Contact
If you have questions about privacy or data handling, contact Paladin support through the app or your account owner contact path.
